Wilftek lawyers on their own and partnered with other law firms provide each client with the legal services it needs when it needs them, including securities law, labor law, international law and litigation.


Fred Wilf has been practicing law since 1985. Fred worked briefly as a computer programmer to help pay for college. As a lawyer, Fred has worked in small law firms (1986-1995, 2011-present), a regional law firm (Saul Ewing LLP 1995-1999), and an international law firm (Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP 1999-2011). Fred has also briefly worked as an in-house counsel (Bell of Pennsylvania 1985-1986 and Elementis 2013-2014). Fred serves as an arbitrator of disputes involving business, technology and intellectual property issues for the American Arbitration Association.

Fred is the co-author and editor of a four-volume legal treatise about computer software called “Computer Software”.

Fred gives back to the community in many ways, including by working with charities and other non-profit organizations, and by helping to organize and speak at continuing legal education seminars for other lawyers. Fred is the founding course planner and has been speaking at one seminar, “Internet Law Update”, every year since 1997.

Fred is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars, as well as the Bars of several federal courts.

The original ICCA, a worldwide organization of individual and small firm computer consultants, has since disbanded, but another organization is now using the same name and is pursuing a similar mission.
